What's the strangest thing that you've used (or heard of) to treat diaper rash?

I have used athlete's foot cream (prescribed by our pediatrician) for our daughter's diaper rash when it seems that yeast is causing it. I also use and RECOMMEND an ointment called Bag Balm, which was recommended by a family friend. It is made for cows' udders and sold in the pet department of Wal-Mart and such, but works WONDERS! It will clear up a horrible diaper rash in a matter of hours.
I have heard of people using Monistat cream for yeasty diaper rashes, as well. I was just wondering what the strangest thing is that you have used or heard of to treat diaper rashes.
STEPHY: How much oatmeal do you usually grind up to use in the bathtub? Do you just dump it into the water?

I don't think this is weird. But I always would grind up oatmeal in my blender and then put it in the baby bath with my son. Worked like a charm.

EDIT: I grind up enough to make sure it gets on their bottom good. And I put it in the water after it's all done so that it just sits there and I could put his bottom on it.
Afterwards I always let his bottom air dry for a little bit.
